Olive Oil Laboratory of Mytilene has an accredited (due to EN ISO 17025: 2005) organoleptic (sensory) panel consisting of 16 well trained tasters and the panel supervisor.

Panel members have been selected and trained according to International Olive Council standard COI/T.20/Doc.no.14/Rev.2 about Selection, training and monitoring of skilled tasters.
